So when one must get something professionally done to his vehicle, how do you know where to go? One would think check online for forums. Get the opinions of others. That obviously is the most effective way to do it. Get advice from ppl who have done it.

However I just thought of checking forums right now, like while typing this. Dam. Anyways I’ll start my own review of where not to go. START:

Review: Called on the phone to ask if i could get a work van detailed. It’s gross and smells like a smoker. Asked if they can shampoo and all. He says yes they do a really good job. I book the appointment for the next morning. When i arrive the place looks a little ghetto but no big deal they must look dirty cuz they clean other ppls shit. He takes a look in the van and says ok I can do it it’ll take a while though. At this point the cost is starting at $140, i’m not sure what it’ll cost when finished but whatever it is, it is. He takes my number and I leave in another car. I then get a call maybe 45 min later. “I can’t do it, its too hard and not worth it for me. You can come pick it up.” WHAT BUISSNESS SAYS THAT? At the very least say it’ll cost u more. When i go pick it up he comes out and says that he tried pressure washing the inside but it was too much work, so sorry. I open the door of the van….. VERY VERY WET INSIDE. wow great service. I didn’t even ask if i owed him anything i just left.

I have now booked with a company called A Great Canadian Car Care Co. They come to your house and start at $125. So far so good. I’ll let you know how it goes.
