Week one

1 Week Down! Im not sure if I can say I’ve successfully completed my first week of Kung Fu Boot Camp, probably not if you ask my Shifu’s but I survived! I hurt all over and walk like a 90 year old man but I’ve survived.  This reminds me of when I started crossfit, the only difference is I can’t just skip class till I don’t hurt anymore.

Throughout the week I’ve been learning the basic building blocks of a few different styles. Tai Chi, Qigong, Sanda, and other ones I don’t know what they are called. This is pushing my memory limits to its max! I haven’t had to use my brain to remember stuff in ages. Not to mention pushing my coordination and flexibility beyond their capacity.

I just hope it gets easier, I hurt ahah
