So here we go again… I apologize for not keeping this up to date. When working at a job I’ve been at for 2 years, everyday is kind of just like the other so I find it more difficult to find something interesting to say.

But now, new and different things on the horizon. To start I have left the comfort of a stinky town to find something new. I have a new job lined up in Lembeh, Sulawesi, Indonesia. Again a diving job but this will have more responsibilities, more remote, less pay.

……What????

Yes I was a very horrible snakes and ladders player. Didn’t get the concept, snakes seem so fun to go down! As much as one doesn’t think pay can get less in this industry, I’m taking a job that pays less than my last. Why? Because that’s how I do….

The reason is because they can pay less. Lembeh is for macro diving (small stuff), what Africa is for safaris, what diamonds are for a jeweler, or what ice cream is for a chubby kid. It’s the bee’s knees! It doesn’t get much better, and if it does, I have no idea where. Not only that but it’s a place that few westerners get the opportunity to work. This is where the jewels of macro life come out to partayyyyy.

Though in the mean time, while waiting for my work visa to be processed I might as well hang out in Bali for a vacation…..I deserve a vacation……

What? I work too… just my work is on a beach….surrounded by women in bikinis.
